ដែលបានប្រារព្ធឡើងកាលពីថ្ងៃទី ០៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ក្នុងបរិបទ អបអរសាទរទិវាសិទ្ធិនារីអន្តរជាតិ ក៏ដូចជាការជួបជុំរវាងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងក្រុមគ្រួសារផងដែរ។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនអ័រគីដេ តែងតែយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងបង្កើតកាលនុវត្តភាពក្នុងការរឹតបន្តឹងចំណងសាមគ្គីភាព ទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងថ្នាក់គ្រប់គ្រងឲ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ ទាំងការបំពេញការងារ និងការទំនាក់ទំនងផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរហូតដល់សមាជិកគ្រួសារ ឲ្យលើសពីកម្រិតរវាងក្រុមហ៊ុន និងបុគ្គលិក គឺឱ្យក្លាយទៅជាគ្រួសារតែមួយ ដែលស្រលាញ់រាប់អានគ្នា ជួយគ្នា រួមសុខរួមទុក្ខជាមួយគ្នា និងមានការសហការសាមគ្គីគ្នាជាធ្លុងមួយ សម្រេចគោលដៅរួម ទទួលបានជោគជ័យទាំងអស់គ្នា។
With a long-term vision in strengthening a long-lasting relationship between employer, management, and families, ORKIDĒ had organized an event called “ORKIDĒ Management Family Day” on March 8, 2022, to celebrate the International Women’s Day as well as the gathering time between the employer, management, and families to enjoy the happy hour together. The ORKIDĒ always pays attention and creates opportunities to strengthen the solidarity between the management and management to better work and personal relationships to family members beyond the level between the company and employees is to become a single family that inspires loves, cares, sharing joys and sadness with each other and to promote the united cooperation as the whole to achieve common goals and accomplish success together.
