
Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
1. Cool calling and answering
2. Welcoming customers when customers enter to towers.
3. Provide company related information and guide customers to the relevant offices and inform to direct supervisor for any problem.
4. Receive and keep all document and pass it to related department.
5. Communication with hand over process verbal and non-verbal.
6. Advice for all extra services as booking car, meeting room, facilities, gym,
7. Responding payment for Property Management (CPM), Re-sale & Rent / Leasing.
8. Other work assigned manager
Job Requirement:
- Fresh graduated student filed in Accountant or any related
- At least one-year experiences in hotel or apartment or condominium. Very good communication
- Able to use MS Office word, excel and internet
- Friendly, Honest, flexible, hardworking, meticulous and well-coordinated.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and have very effective time management skills
- Being proactive and able to work independent
